Project Manager/Associate - Lakewood Office

 

Building One is looking for qualified and licensed (Architect or Professional Engineer) professionals to join the firm as Project Managers/Associates in our Lakewood, Colorado office. Candidates must have a minimum of 10 years of directly related construction observation experience either as an owner’s representative, construction consultant, or design professional. Experience working as a waterproofing consultant is a plus. Also, experience working on tax credit developments is a plus. Some company paid travel is required for regional and out of state projects, primarily in the southwest states. Company provides medical and retirement benefits.
