A Bit About Teona
Teona is a recent graduate from the Metropolitan State University of Denver with a bachelor’s degree in business management. She has a year of real estate experience. She started off on the permitting side of real estate where she learned all about architecture and real estate development. Teona has a lot of knowledge in due diligence and the entitlement processes for all kinds of residential properties in the Denver metropolitan area. She worked with the architectural team and municipalities to coordinate the process of getting a building permit. She has applied her knowledge and love of real estate development and construction to her role at building ONE Consulting.
She is a trilingual first-generation immigrant that is committed to learning and expanding her skillset within the next year. Teona is planning on going back to school to get her master’s in interior design.
