A Bit About Tom

Tom has been a licensed Architect for more than thirty (30) years. He has a track record exhibiting a thorough understanding and application of the management concepts required for successful project execution, including leading project teams, ensuring quality control, and achieving project goals while maintaining the client’s project program, budget, and schedule. He has a thorough understanding of building envelope design and MEP systems integration, including sustainable design strategies and energy conservation requirements, as well as review of construction documents for Building Code and ADA compliance. Also, he understands all aspects of Construction Administration and field observation of projects during construction and through tenant occupation, including participating in Owner-Architect-Contractor (OAC) meetings, reviewing of Change Requests, and review and approval of Applications for Payment.

For 2021-22, Tom is observing and reporting on over $350,000,000 in syndicator projects.

 

Tom is a LEED Accredited Professional with a Bachelor of Arts in Fine Arts and Architecture from Rice University. Tom also attended graduate school at the University of Colorado at Denver and the University of Denver where he furthered his study of architecture and business.
