A Bit About Chad
Chad Stinnett has twenty (20) years of experience in the design and construction industries. During this period, he gained experience with residential, commercial, health care, institutional, hospitality, education, and gaming projects. He has served as an owner’s representative and has performed on-site quality assurance services for multifamily residential
projects.
Chad was involved in construction defect litigation with a focus on multifamily residential projects for over three (3) years, specializing in roofing, waterproofing, exterior cladding materials, and window assemblies. Chad also served as owner's representative to litigation related repair projects which were occupied during construction.
Chad currently performs on-site quality assurance services for general construction, waterproofing systems, building envelope and cladding systems, and all types of roofing and has been performing these services for seven (7) years.
Chad’s specialty has always been on the technical side of buildings. Throughout his involvement with design production, he has focused on construction detailing. He has been involved with writing technical manuals and developing construction detail standards. He has also served as a quality assurance leader.
Chad is a graduate of Kansas State University with an NAAB accredited Bachelor of Architecture. He is a licensed architect in the state of Colorado. Chad's professional credentials include Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) accreditation and National Council of Architecture Registration Boards (NCARB) certification.
