Construction Site Observations
Building One conducts site visits during construction to observe and assess the installation of enclosure systems and verify general conformance with the intended design. We start our observations early in the construction process and begin with below-grade or under-slab waterproofing.

Water Spray Testing
To further validate envelope performance, Building One performs water spray testing in accordance with ASTM E1105, the standard test method for determining water penetration resisting of installed windows, doors, and curtain walls.
