A Bit About Tucker
Tucker Patty has been involved in the construction industry for 22 years providing a wide variety of construction, inspection, and architectural review services to property owners, construction companies, consulting firms, and developers. The structures and buildings he has provided these services for include garden style apartments, colleges & universities, airport terminal additions, high-rise condominiums & hotels, and affordable projects.

Tucker has extensive experience during all phases of construction. Some of the services he provides include review of architectural DD and CD plans for water intrusion concerns, review of submittals and project specifications for accuracy, exterior envelope property assessments, and on-site construction inspection/observation reporting.
​
Working for several architectural firms, Tucker has been involved with forensic investigations of exterior wall systems, windows, and roofs focused on detecting the root cause of water intrusion.
Tucker also has experience developing installation details for an international air and vapor barrier membrane manufacturer to help waterproofing contractors throughout the United States install air barrier membranes per the manufacture’s specifications.

​Tucker graduated from the University of Minnesota, Minneapolis Campus with a Bachelor of Science Degree from the College of Design.
