A Bit About Erin
Erin is a licensed architect with nearly 20 years of experience in all facets of the industry, including design, prefabrication, code and regulatory compliance, construction, and owner representation. She also has specific technical expertise in various non-traditional structural systems. Her focus is with multi-family, institutional, educational, and hospitality projects.

Erin recognizes the importance of relationships in the building and construction industry and takes pride in her ability to connect with team members from all parts of every project. She began her career working for a small architecture firm in Washington, DC, focusing on institutional and educational work. After moving to Colorado, she was the in-house design, engineering, and technical expert for a light gauge steel start up for 9 years, before moving to a real estate development company where she worked as an in-house construction representative. After a brief stint with another structural technology start up, she realized that she missed the technical side of her career and accepted a position with building ONE.
Erin has both a Bachelor and Master of Architecture, as well as a minor in Business Studies from Tulane University in New Orleans.
