A Bit About Kevin
Kevin Wiegand has over thirty (30) years of experience in architecture, construction, and real estate development. His projects have included multifamily, hospitals, public recreation, research labs, office, retail, restaurants & mixed use. Kevin’s career has been focused on commercial design, building, and development.
Kevin has always been a hands-on architect and makes sure that the projects he has worked on not only look good but that are also built and perform correctly. He takes pride in his ability to work with all members of a project team, from on-site contractors to the investors, and from architects to city officials. Whether as the team leader or a team member, Kevin knows the key to a successful project is that all team members of the project team work together.
As an architect, Kevin specializes in the production/ review of the construction drawings, and the construction administration of projects. While doing development work, Kevin specializes in the due diligence and entitlement phase of the project. He works with the municipalities and officials to represent the developers to find mutually beneficial development solutions that helped the developer meet the highest and best use, while providing municipalities with developments that benefit the community.
Kevin received his BA in Studio Arts (Sculpture) from University of Illinois at Chicago. He received his Master’s degree in architecture from the University of Colorado at Denver. He is a licensed Architect in Colorado, Illinois, and Florida and also holds a real estate license in Colorado.
