Construction Document Peer-Review
An independent peer review during design can identify critical coordination gaps and performance concerns before they impact the cost, schedule, or constructability of your project.
What We Review

Architectural, Structural, MEP, and Civil Plans. We’ll evaluate your plans for clarity, consistency, and coordination across multiple disciplines.

Structural Framing and Foundations. We review for completeness and general adequacy.

Building Enclosure Systems. Our team reviews waterproofing, roofing, and drainage details for potential failure points.

ADA and FHA Compliance. We review for compliance with the Federal Fair Housing Act (FHA) and requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

Geotechnical Review. We will compare the geotechnical report with construction documents for consistency.

System Layouts and Conflicts. We evaluate HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection systems for layout efficiency and potential conflicts.

Construction Site Observations
During the construction phase, Building One provides regular site visits to observe work in progress and report on areas that do not appear to conform with the construction documents, based on visual observations.
