Trevor Haley

Trevor Haley has over ten (10) years of experience in the construction industry with focus in design, estimating, and project management at varying project stages. His career began as a commercial building energy efficiency consultant, working with customers and electric utilities to obtain rebates for upgrading equipment based on ROI. He went on to work for a lighting manufacturer becoming project management team lead, helping to produce custom products tailored to specifier, owner, and contractor needs. Most recently, Trevor was an estimator at a lighting and controls sales agency as integral part of the design, budget, and procurement process. 

 

Trevor brings a unique perspective to the team, applying his experiences working with trades to ensure best project value that meets construction timelines, and procuring/installing materials per feedback. Trevor takes an analytical and collaborative approach to resolve issues that arise to meet client expectations, based on project drawing reviews of accessibility code requirements and standards. At Building ONE Consulting, he has been involved primarily in cruise ship renovation and new build projects assisting in drawing reviews, report delivery, and on-site documentation. His drive for results and eagerness to learn all project facets keeps all involved informed and satisfied. 

 

Trevor received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with RASEI Energy Certificate from the University of Colorado. He has an Accessibility Plans Examiner Certification from International Code Council.
