Current Happenings
Building One is the construction consultant at The Irving at Mile High, a new apartment development being built near downtown Denver that will provide over 100 affordable units, including studio, 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom units. This development will be fully electric, featuring solar panels, energy-efficient appliances, and heat pumps to efficiently heat and cool. Construction is expected to be completed by mid-2025.
